Leah Powick receives USA scholarship

Leah Powick, former NZIS student, has been granted two scholarships to attend Concordia Irvine University in the USA. They are a track and field scholarship and an academic scholarship for a four-year degree.

 

After working in trades for several years, Iraia Paerau decided to make his dream career fitness a reality.

“Since graduating from NZIS, I have been able to combine my skills and expertise in personal training, events management and rugby coaching in a number of challenging roles.”

Aspiring Basketballer, Drew joined the New Zealand Institute of Sport after facing the tough decision of what to do after high school.
