Graham Lowe has completed his week long tour talking to students and community groups about his 12 Principles of Success. Visiting Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland, Graham spoke at length to students, families and community groups about how sport is a great unifier when learning.
Graham elaborated on the 12 principles that helped guide success in his personal, sport and business life. It’s the same principles that will be ingrained in the numeracy and literacy components of the NZIS Graham Lowe Certificate in Foundation Skills Level 2 programme, which he calls “kick for the seagulls” that uses the language of sport as a hook to engage students back into education and improve their academic achievement
One overarching characteristic of Graham’s tour was the warm welcomes he received around the country. There was also genuine student engagement during his storytelling, and good questions from the floor which enhanced the crowd enthusiasm.
The programmes begin in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland on 23 July and enrolments are now open.
