Grace Fiso – Finance Operations Manager

staff-2014-graceGrace came to NZIS with a strong banking and customer service background – she worked for the ANZ Bank for 20 years, firstly in an operations role, before moving into retail banking. Her interests include volleyball and other sports in general, and she is a strong member within the Pacific Island community. Grace is currently studying HR and Management to build on her considerable experience in the Industry.

Nelie Napadao – Site Administrator


Nelie came from Baguio City, Philippines and a graduate of Saint Louis University. She taught Physical Education and Health in the same University for almost 20 years prior to her movement to New Zealand in 2010. As a qualified teacher in New Zealand, she taught Exercise Science, Exercise Prescription and Group Exercise at NZIS from 2010 to 2012, she then decided to try a new career path and finished her Certificate in Relaxation Massage before she moved  to the New Zealand College of Massage in Wellington and stayed as the Site Administrator for four years. As a choreographer and a dancer, she currently leads a Fitness Group called Get Fit as part of her church ministry in Johnsonville, Wellington.

Miki Tito – Administrator

MikiMiki has been an integral part of the NZIS administration team since she finished her studies with the Institute in 2004. Originally from Japan, Miki has fully embraced life in New Zealand and her passion for volleyball. She was a member of the NZIS Women’s Volleyball team that became National Club Champions in 2007 and she was named MVP for the tournament.

James Wang – IT Systems Administrator/Manager

Staff Update - JamesJames is an IT professional with relevant expertise, accreditation and a wide range of working experiences in Germany, Singapore and New Zealand. He worked with Opus International Consultant before joining NZIS in 2014. His interest and strengths are in building and improving IT infrastructure, smooth and effective running IT systems, whilst also helping people with tech issues. James enjoys spending time with his family, music and traveling. He is also an active table tennis player and is involved in local club competitions.
