Message from Supervisory Tutor

The NZIS provides industry relevant courses in sport and fitness with NZIS CHCH dedicated to the needs of our South Island based students.  The CHCH site has been in operation since 1998 and in that time we have provided our students with a demanding yet supportive environment in which they can prepare for challenging and rewarding careers in the sport and fitness based industry. I am certain that the high quality staff and facilities afforded to our students is pivotal in the continued success of CHCH students in workplaces around NZ.

As a CHCH student you not only get the best in classroom based tutorials but also have access to some great local facilities in our new location in Riccarton.  We are also proud to be running the newest of NZIS’s sporting academies, the Touch academy, here in Christchurch run by NZ under 21′s coach Chris Muagututi’a. The goal of the academy program is to introduce talented and aspiring players to improved coaching and training opportunities, tactical advise, financial assistance, and high quality competition all while receiving an education second to none. Here is Christchurch I am proud of the courses we run and the staff we employ to make sure you succeed in your chosen field.
